In order to provide you with the best service, below you would find our policies regarding scheduling appointments.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

If your hair is thin or short (under 6”) you must book a mandatory consultation before scheduling your appointment. If you do not book a consultation and book an appointment instead, your appointment will be canceled & you will be charged the  deposit.

• Premium Appointments BEFORE 10AM & AFTER 4.30PM. Slots are subject to availability at an extra cost of £15. Sundays & Bank holidays slots cost £20 extra.

  • MAXIMUM OF ONE EXTRA GUEST- when coming for a service please come alone due to limited space. However, we allow a maximum of one guest per booking.

  • NON REFUNDABLE - £25 deposits secures your booking, and the difference  of the final balance is due on the day of your appointment, preferably, in CASH

  • DEPOSITS - are NON REFUNDABLE when clients cancels appointments.  If I cancel you are able to receive deposit refund. For cancellations, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

  • DEPOSIT - do not roll over to future appointments if your appointment was cancelled or you could not make it to appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • ALL FINAL PAYMENTS SHOULD BE MADE IN CASH ONLY!

  • LATE FEE of £10 will be charged if you are over 15 minutes late. If you are over 25 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. We strongly advise client’s to be on time and, to communicate when running late.

  • NO APPOINTMENTS CAN BE MOVED FROM ONE MONTH TO FUTURE MONTH. IF REQUEST FOR SUCH CHANGE A FEE WOULD BE APPLIED

  • PLEASE ENSURE YOUR HAIR IS WASHED AND BLOW DRIED- Your hair will be conditioned and oiled after service is complete. Too much product in hair will result in extra wash & blow dry fee, or cancellation of appointment.

  • If you are providing your own braiding hair please ensure it is Pre -Stretched Expression braiding hair, for all box braids and cornrows.

  • IF ANY OF MY POLICIES ARE AN ISSUE FOR YOU WE STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU DO NOT BOOK.

HOLD HARMLESS

Clients, Guests, or Customers assume full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury, allergic reactions, loss of property, death, or damage to personal property associated with salon services, including but not limited to temporary or permanent hair damage or unsatisfactory results. This release supersedes any prior agreements and remains effective even after service termination.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO

S’n’M Hair reserves the right to use photographs/videos taken at events or appointments with verbal permission but without expressed written permission. These materials may be utilised in various media productions. With your verbal agreement, you agree to release, defend, and indemnify S’n’M Hair from any claims related to the use of your likeness. Unauthorized use of S’n’M Hair materials is prohibited without advance written permission.

 

APPOINTMENTS

We shall not be held liable for breaches, hindrances, or delays in appointment performance attributable to causes beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right to cancel appointments with written notice for reasons outlined herein, providing a full refund where applicable.

 

USER CONTENT REMOVAL

We retain the right to remove any User Content from our website, salon, brand properties, and services at our discretion and for any reason. If you believe User Content infringes on copyright, please notify us promptly.
